Hello, welcome to my digital resume! I’m Anabel Pearson, an extremely passionate communications student (majoring in digital media,) with a simultaneous love for all things design, trend and events management. I am currently in my final year of studies at Deakin University, Waurn Ponds – also balancing a full time administrative role for global retailer, Cotton On Body. Cotton On Group, North Geelong – Administrative Assistant (Cotton On Kids/Body.)

August 2019 – CURRENT.

I raise orders for suppliers using RMS (Retail Management System,) CMS and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management.) My role includes liasing with suppliers to ensure that they can meet specific ship date deadlines and collaboratively resolving any issues in relation to shipment or communicative errors. Within this role I also work closely with product developers and planners to ensure quantities and amendments can be effectively executed in timely ways – rapidly implementing amendments when deemed necessary. Additionally I utilise PLM to upload new styles and colorways.

2. Cotton On Group, North Geelong – Wholesale Analyst (Cotton On Kids)

March 2019 – August 2019.

I worked with global wholesalers such as Iconic, Namshi, Superbalist and Zalando – raising orders from different suppliers; sourcing campaign imagery for their website at photoshoots and internally; sorting and sending samples; establishing skills in RMS and CMS.

3. Cotton On Group, North Geelong – Social Media Assistant

October 2018 – March 2019.

I ran the global Instagram accounts for @freexcottonon and @cottononkidsusa. This entailed writing copy; attending shoots to create content; discovering and researching influencers that were suited to the brand DNA – then reaching out to them and negotiating terms of collaboration; planning the social feeds months in advance; gifting for competitions; planning giveaways; outfiting for influencers; planning influencer experiences including an Easter glamping experience; weekly social statistic reporting using Google Analytics and Dash Hudson; working within budget for competition/influencer gifting; liasing with eCommerce to ensure cohesive messages across platforms.
